South Wales

We both eat meat, but a few days a week we tend to go without and try different things and don't miss having the meat in some of our dishes, also we have fish a couple of times too.

Are you vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian or something else?

I eat everything, but on balance. Non vegetarian a few days, vegetarian a few days, one day for everything unhealthy. And there is always room for dessert after lunch.

Can probably sum them up of late as ‘quantity over quality’

Tonnes of red meat and simple carbs. Most of my fat sources come from the red meat itself, dairy and occasionally nuts

Then I try to get as much veg and fruit as I can. Usually with every meal and I’ll snack on fruit through the day

If I’m dieting for a competition I’ll eat a little cleaner. If I’m in my off season I’ll eat a little dirtier

Had been pescetarian for several year, I now eat some chicken as well. But strictly no mammals. Also trying to only have goat's diary products, as i feel goats are the most free ranged mammals possible nowadays. Other than that I m in a sugar free diet and I'm fasting almost once per week

I pretty much only eat white meats like chicken an turkey and eat read meats on the odd occasion. I also eat fish like salmon and cod and don't really cit out any of the food groups, I'll have a healthy amount of carbs, veg, and fruit and like to indulge in more sugary snacks on weekends.

As far as drinks, I don't drink alcohol and cut out fizzy drinks so now it's just water or squash

If you have to choose a meat that's probably the best choice.

I'm probably the fussiest eater you'll probably meet. It's easier to name what I do eat, than what I won't lol

I go through a lot of meat weekly, 1.5kg of lean mince/steak, 2.5kg of chicken, 750g salmon.

White rice, potatoes, grilled veg/avacado/salad on the side, plenty of seasoning and flavour loads of fruit, nuts.

Not vegetarian but do have days when don’t eat any meat. Try hard to eat fresh food as much as possible.

Not sure that I have a name for my diet. I eat a lot of fresh fruit and veg, and occasionally have fish and meat. And when I go out, all bets are off, I’ll eat just about anything

Some sort of meat or fish for dinner most days. Never ever eat or buy ready meals. Takeaway or pizza probably once a week.
