I'd prefer to have a vagina.

I look down at my dick and just think it's not right.

Pardon my ignorance but you have piqued my curiosity. Does the title suggest you are TV but your post suggest you are TS? Would you choose to live as a man with a vagina but no breasts?

One can be Trans Woman and still have a penis I believe, they are just pre-op

I'm a man that enjoys wearing lingerie and heels, I don't wear dresses, wigs or make up.

Yes I'd be perfectly happy as a man with a vagina.

I understand that but he isn't referring to that. He enjoys being a man.

Would this be more akin to body dysmorphia to some degree?

Have you considered identifying as non-binary?

Yes but most none binary and trans people experience body dysmorphia...

OP you kinda explain how I feel about my gender, I class myself as gender queer as opposed to trans. I am not uncomfortable enough to change my gender but I often am struck with sadness at my lack of penis.

My goodness with your pictured assets what do you need a penis for? I am sure men will be queuing to give you theirs.

I definitely identify as a man. No question about that. I'm perfectly happy as a man.

I just don't like having a penis.

I imagine you think this is a compliment when in reality it's just invalidating.

Invalidating and a way to make the dysmorphia worse on days when I'm feeling it.

Thank you OP and LadyJayne for enlightening me on this. I hadn't come across this form of dysmorphia before. I understand TS dysmorphia is from a sense of being a different gender than that of their body.

I wish you both well.
