If you politely turn someone down, do you think it encourages them to be rude? Usually i just ignore or ignore and block, but when I politely decline, i always seem to get the hangry gehay bitchyness and block.

We usually politely decline but now we never give reasons.

Our reasons are usually rejected, often badly.

I always try to reply where I can. I’ve only ever had one or two guys then respond badly, but that’s what block and report is for. Most have been pretty polite and reasonable about it x

Denting someone's ego can make them lash out in various ways. Rejection is taken as a personal attack as all our insecurites get brought to the forefront and people see it as confirmation they aren't good enough. Sometimes you are just the punch bag of the straw that broke the camals back.. just walk away and don't engage in conflict.

Same goes for women, ive experienced many women getting the hump & firing abuse at me for declining.

“Hey there, thanks for your message, ah that’s very kind but I’m not looking to meet right now, but have a wonderful weekend.”

“Ah you stupid fat ugly bitch, I never wanted to meet you anyway you fucking whore.”

Why?! Just why?!

I’ve never had a nasty return off a guy after I say no.

I’m sure woman and other men may find a different experience, just because of all the other variables.

Worst I had was a couple

They asked for a face pic

I sent it and asked for one in return. They refused to send one.

They kept pushing for the meet but I said no as I wouldn't meet without the pic first.

They got abusive and stated calling me a time waster and other not so nice things

here & there

We respond to well written messages with a polite no thanks as we think effort should at least get that, crap messages just get blocked & deleted - this approach never gets shitty replies.

It does appear that some guys seem to think they've some sort of entitlement because of the site. Some are totally astounded when they're turned down for whatever reason even if they're 200 miles away and states they cannot travel on their profile

"Hi gorgeous, how're you? Love your pics"

"Thank you but not interested. Happy fabbing."

"Stupid cow, I didn't even ask you. Wouldn't want you anyway."

This is quite common.

"I would prefer to be told thanx but ...... so I can sort things out change things if needed I would reply with a thanx for the advise"

I hate it when ask "but why not...?"

They can't change their height, face, arse, width, marital status, cock size, sexuality.....

I appreciate being politely turned down!

It's actually a compliment, when someone has the Patience to read the message you sent, look at your profile, consider(however briefly) your compatability and then take the time to write back to you.

Why on earth would you be rude to someone like that!

As well, no one is OWED that. (No one is owed anything, actually.)

Rules of site specify no answer means no. So by ignoring you, or blocking you they are giving you an answer.

As for the hangry or bitchyness, the amount of abuse women get on here, well it’s not nice shouldn’t happen to both sides, but it does. Thicker skin should help.

It's very rare, I only had a couple of really nasty ones since I've been on here.

Some ask why, I don't respond to that.

If someone told me no, I'd just block and move on.

Height - heels/platforms

Fave - mask

Arse - pads

Width - spanx/girdle

Maritsl status - plaster over the ring/ring mark

Cock size - strap on/sheathe

Sexuality - lie

"If you politely turn someone down, do you think it encourages them to be rude? "

No,it doesn't encourage some to be rude

Some just are rude.

Rude. Self entitled.

Arrogant. Presumptuous.

Any number of adverse adjectives,I just find their attitude laughable.

Surely just reaffirms your decision to turn them down?
