Enjoyed reading about your days yesterday, thought I'd do it again

Weird day for me, I've had a couple of pretty deep pits:

- I had to cancel on a friend's birthday drinks tonight because it was unreasonably far to travel on a weeknight. She hasn't seen my message yet and I feel super guilty

- I almost got into an argument with a super close friend. We managed to talk it out and resolve everything but it's feeling a little awkward at the moment.

Peak though is that I got a round of applause for one of my lifts at training tonight I also had a super yummy lunch

La la land

My experiment worked and I picked up a vintage shade for peanuts which looks amazing.

They are replacing the floor in work and the chemicals they are using have given me a banging headache

Trough - Work caught up with me, spent way too long in bed.

Peak - Surprised my daughter and picked her up after Beaver's, she's not seen me in 3 weeks, her face says it all

Give them both time. See how you feel in the morning. Or in a week. You made decisions that were right for you and there should be no guilt in that.

Big you on the peak though!

No peaks just yet for me. But a pit was definitely getting back to my hotel room and crashing when I should’ve used the time doing something for work or applying for jobs before going out to eat. Ask me again in a few hours for a peak.

Peak - meet arranged with my favourite person for next week

Trough - my closest friend is moving back home at the end of the summer, sooner than expected, so I'm going to be a bit lost when she goes!

No such thing as too much time in bed!

That's lovely, have a great time with your daughter

Thanks. Honestly I am still a bit annoyed but I cba to lose any more friends this year

As for your peak, turn your pit around and spend the last ~2 hours of your day doing those productive things!
