I like to squeeze and hold the weight there for a second or 2 to really feel it working. I see far to many people just going through the motion. " Guilty! I do this sometimes. It's tough though because I'm trying to lift for strength and to build muscle so it feels like I need to lift slightly heavier otherwise I couldn't progress ![]() | |||

Once you crack that the eating and resting just happens naturally as your body needs it | |||
