"Is probably my greatest grounding tool when things get too much. The premise is that there is no such thing as future at this exact moment as we only have the present we are in. Similarly the past is a collection of 'nows' that have already passed.. by overthinking everything we lose the magic of this very moment. I've just sat outside listening the the birds and laughing at my daft dogs chase their tails with a cracking cup of coffee in my hand and the intermittent sun on my face.. for 15 minutes this was just perfection So much time is lost by thinking about things that really don't matter. Do you stop and enjoy the now? Try it, you might like it.. I’m off to enjoy mine " Love it, we all need to stop and just be

"I see trees so green, red roses too I see them bloom for me and you. And I think to myself what a wonderful world. I see skies so blue and clouds so white. The bright blessed day, the dark sacred night. And I think to myself what a wonderful world." Morrissey was a wonderful artist back in the day.
