Things can only get better.

I’m somehow on day 2 of a hangover. As someone who doesn’t get bad hangovers this is really annoying me.

I'm actually having a very nice day. I've got the day off and if the rain holds off will be cycling into town later with a bag of stuff for the charity shop. I love clearing stuff out

Glad to say, even on a bad day I never stay upset or annoyed for long.

Try focusing on little things, wonderous things, silly things. Helps me get perspective on my issues
