Just wondering if anyone has ever had low testosterone and how they managed it or increased it

Yes effected my sex drive like mad, i get some testosterone booster from 'my protein'and train legs loads at the gym or cycle loads,reduce stress, also get some vit d down you. Good luck

Suggest you do a forum thread search. Guy did a great thread about low T and testosterone replacement. It was about week or 10 days ago.

Theres another thread on TRT going, if you think you are low go to the docs or pay private. As for increasing naturally I wouldnt bother, a 10% increase of fuck all testosterone is still fuck all.
