Age is subjective

I've met 60/70+ people who looking and amazing and are very active

I wouldn't necessarily refer to them as "old" maybe older

63 now.

Look younger.

Act younger

Dress younger

Think younger

I guess I'm younger.

But I'm definitely old enough for?

I have always thought that if I lived to be 70 that would be old.

The fact that I am now well beyond 70 means that I am Really Old

Not very distinguished at the moment following a couple of nasty falls, trouble is the older one gets the longer it takes for injuries to heal.

You're too old the minute after you die. The line 'age is just a number"is cheesy as hell but its a fact. I've seen people over 65 run rings around 20 year old.

Self limiting beliefs of any kind at any age will kick your arse.

If you think you can't you won't, if you think you're too old then maybe you are, but don't let the year you were born get in the way of having a fun and full life.

Failing that, just eat cake....lots and lots of cake.

We think that if you are over 250,000,000 years old then you could consider yourself as old and we don't think you'd find anyone to disagree unless you are an astral body in which case you'll need to add another 000.

It's a subjective thing to be honest, I know and have known plenty of people in their 20's and 30's who's whole demeanour makes them old or seem it, equally on the flip side I know people in their 60's and 70's that would put the aforementioned to shame.

So I personally think it's and individual thing and to do with attitude and lifestyle.

50 which is odd because I'm fast approaching that number and don't feel old but can't get over that feeling in my head that the number is old

I was the same as I approached 40, I think it took me about 3 years to not feel a bit gutted I'd hit my 40s
