"Update..... I'm down 5 pounds!!!! Just being a bit more sensible. Not having a fry, avoiding cakes etc which I know is obvious but previously if they were there I'd eat them. On holls in 8 weeks. If I can drop another 5 pounds by then, which is not a huge target, I'll be over the moon. Jack. Now 230 pounds.
