I used to be painfully shy when I was younger.

I think the older I get the easier it gets. I care less about the opinions of strangers, I'm happy with who I am and the people in my life who care about me so it's easier to just be yourself and more vocal or outspoken.

There are still times I will have a crisis of confidence but much rarer these days.
