For a start I wouldn't have a clue what size to buy. I mean, what size would fit a 5'11" woman with a 36" waist that could also hold a cock and a pair of balls comfortably?

I have a 38” waist and I fit into size 20 knickers. Lucky I have a tiny cock so it fits in them easily.
