They gotta be firm, plenty of seasoning, and some brown sauce. I can’t abide the taste of eggs, but need to have some in my diet.

It will have to be second breakfast. I already had poached duck eggs on toast with fried mushrooms, chorizo, chilli and tomatoes.

Some Greek yoghurt with mixed berries and, honey and seeds would be amazing though.
