What do like in your omelettes.

Cheese and tomato, 3 eggs with a splash of cream.

I always put mine under the grill for a minute or 2 to melt the cheese.

Cheese onion mushrooms and spam. Don't anyone dare say bad things about spam though...as I have a very particular set of skills. Skills I have acquired over a very long career of making omelettes. Skills that make me a nightmare for people that dont like Spam. If you let my omelette be, that'll be the end of it. I will not look for you, I will not pursue you, but if you say bad things about Spam , I will look for you, I will find you and I will make you eat Spam fritters...all day long.

4 eggs a little milk and lots of fresh roughly ground black pepper i always finish under the grill it puffs up nicely !
