The challenge is always to split out your own personal role in a rejection versus a wider systematic bias. We tend to attribute success to our own individuallity and failures to bias. Makes us feel better about ourselves right?

But at the end of the day, all we can do is improve ourselves, and learn to make the most of the hand we are dealt. Especially when it comes to preferences.

I don't feel that fab is more popular for white and black fabbers than any other race. Maybe there are just more of them. Some people have a preference, some don't. But if we have to start adding which colour people we like/don't like on our settings it will be a racism mindfield, and mine will look like a rainbow

There is a lot of generalisation, but in my experience on fab it can happen. I’m well aware that for me being married etc there are other reasons to say no. However there have been a number of occasions when chatting to ladies they assumed I was black and when I corrected them then I was suddenly ghosted / blocked, as well as seeing a lot of profiles either explicitly calling out “no Asian” or looking for black / white guys only. The way I see it is anyone that thinks me being Indian has anything to do with how great a time we could have isn’t someone I’d even want to have sex with or talk to, and whilst a bit more limited there are women that are open to Indian or just don’t care about ethnicity at all.

Why? 99% of unwanted touching I had in various clubs came from men of that origin. Therefore, I have learned not to trust them.

And the posts and figures are very light and weak on the FAB shop floor.

Racism on fab is a real thing but I don't think that's the reason why you're not getting meets

Men in general struggle on here because there are more men on here than women

1 small tip though is approach women on here as you would in a bar, vulgar messages and "meet now" type messages are usually deleted without a response

Also if people are being abusive for any reason, especially because of your race you should be reporting their profiles.

Kinda? I’ve been conflicted on it a lot. I used to see it as racism but I think that takes you down a self-pity spiral. I think it’s fine to have a sexual preference, sickening to refuse to talk to another person because of their skin colour. The profiles that state no Asian men don't want to have sex with them, they are not refusing to talk to them but even if they do, it's still their perogative as we all usually chat to people first to find out if we want to get naked with each other. Pointless chatting if it's never going to happen.

When I was meeting, my three basic deal breakers were tall, non smoker and single and I didn't chat to anyone unless they met those three preferences of mine. Excluding friends of course, I still have an occasiona natter with friends.

I was married to a woman of full Indian heritage for many years and as busy swingers didn't notice any reluctance on the part of other couples or solo guys to meet us.

Other Indian friends, as opposed to Pakistan/Bangladesh, tell me that swinging is common in India.

Tell you what. Go to the forum page. Go to the search and type single men or single male. You'll find literally thousands of threads just like this one.

There's two questions here.

Is there a bias against Indian men versus men of other races.

I suspect that where there are preferences presented Asian men are less likely be be positivly selected and more likely to be ruled out.

Is that the reason the OP isn't having any luck? If there's a basis there then sure, it's sort of the reason. But is it the main reason, not by a long shot IMO. He's put rocks in his own pockets and is complaining about the tide.

(And I get that if you see the bias, and you will notice it more if you are looking out for it, it must suck. So I get why the OP may feel the world is against him. But refusing to consider other angles does not help him. And when you are on the outside seeing someone complain about small issue while missing the big issue (in their opinion at least) is frustrating I'd imagine )
