Things you have never figured out. Mine, for starters: those guys at the gym who do a set, then stand up and walk away from the machine, fidget with their water bottles, pace a bit, then sit down and do the next set (three to five minutes later). I've never known why. But it's a thing.

Well I’m no fitness expert (that much is true) but I’d guess it’s recovery time for the muscles before engaging on the next set.

I don’t think it’s up there with the Bermuda Triangle and Nazca Lines to be fair

You look in shape so I would say you know what you're doing.

I rest approx 1 min between sets, I have no clue in what I'm doing

I mean we’ve gone from nothing to accessing the world in 20 years…

It blows my mind that little 11110001010111 know exactly where to go from my house to exchange to back haul servers across the globe & end up exactly where they need to be at almost light speed!

But why get up from the machine and do the walk-about? Other people rest between sets without getting up.
