Oh i did once have, coffee i think with demerera sugar, cream, granola on that and a pear half on top. I think there was vodka in there too. | |||

It's not diet food by any stretch of the imagination and many are high in sugar and fat but if you're looking at nutrients, the fruit, nut and seed heavy ones have some decent stuff in there. | |||
