From the land of haribos.

I dont really do a weekly one, neither a daily one. I do more a 3 times a week shop. I like it that way cos you can change what you want and also keep it more fresh, amongst other things

Cheltenham

I tend to shop daily as it is a good way to get an hours walk in (if I take a circuitous route) and ensures I get out the house everyday because of working from home.

Frozen veg is actually better for you as the goodness deteriorates the longer it has been picked and freezing it stops that process. “Fresh” veg actually usually isn’t the best option if you have a choice.

A world all of his own

Weekly shop for me and maybe one stop off during the week if I've run low on milk or something, maybe wine. OK it's usually wine. OK, it's always wine. Don't judge me!

As it's only me, I do my main shop once a month, with the odd trip to the local co-op for fresh milk and a rummage through the reduced section as and when needed

I do a monthly shop, but lunch and dinner are often meal deals, grabbed lunches, takeaways, pub meals, fast food or..... Pasties.

How did the empire fail when you guys invented cornish pasties?
