De cream the biscuits of 200g.

Crush biscuits

Mix with butter and

Electric blend a double cream and Philadelphia cheese with mascarpone cheese and caster sugar and owlh,the cream that you've de creamed from the biscuits or you can use dry custard

Base and flatten crushed biscuits

Top with cream mix and place in fridge for 2 hours

Hey presto...

Not sure about the dry custard if is add without being cooked , otherwise sounds gross! Are you adding the dry custard to the mix raw or you cooking the custard and after you adding to the cheese cake mix?
