What are you up to today Fabsters?

I’m currently slow-cooking myself in a marinade of sun lotion the sunshine, then a run later.

I don’t mind the bouncy bird poop variety which merely deflects off, not leaving a stain.

I hate the liquid stuff though (as seagulls frequently fire out) which resembles having spilt a yogurt down oneself
