I feel really really rubbish today. Got so much work to do and all I’ve done is lay in bed and nearly cry.

Think it’s time for a break from here but does anyone know where we can book annual leave from real life too?

What specifically is making you feel that way Steve (I feel awkward calling you Pickle now with name change )? Or is it just everything?

Personally, I love a list! Note down all the things you have to do and decide what’s most important also focus on a few quick and easy tasks (seeing things get ticked off the list is a boost). L x

It's a lovely day out today, can you get dressed and pop out for a while?

Gather your thoughts and write down what you need to do, in order of priority.

Aww Steve! Just take a minute, I know what you mean... I'm busy doing distraction techniques and procrastinating. Having a couple of nights away beginning of next month and I can't wait!

Book something you can look forward to x

I sometimes book a day or two off work just to laze around ignoring real life and getting lost in books. Can you do this OP?

Sometimes I get the guilt of feeling I should be more productive, but I only have myself to answer to so if I want to be lazy why shouldn't I be allowed?

Hope you feel better
