Mother decides to talk to ex giving information out to him without permission ,she's be put straight now but still feeling angry and pissed off with her that she did it in the first place no excuses cut it . divorce tips and hints welcome and before anybody says I was unfaithful because of swinging they couldn't be more wrong if they tried.(pussycat).

in that process I've questions written down for solicitors to and contacted haven for support is just such a mine field. Thank you for replying.

As of April this year you can file for 'no fault' divorce. No need to be separated for any length of time, they can't contest it.

Should make things a little easier, no more wrangling over the silly stuff.

No fault divorce, takes 6 months. Do you really need a Solicitor? If it could get nasty then yes of course. I didn’t use one for my divorce but we managed to agree everything before submitting the papers to save us both money.

You could try mediation to agree settlement, its much less costly.
