Grantham

Depends on how domineering and critical the man is.

And how dopey the woman is.

I'd say

Easy.

Here’s the keys

There’s the car

Go and work it out for yourself, you know everything apparently.

Boom, lessons….smashed it.

My husband is teaching me at the minute as I would feel more confident knowing the basics before I start with a driving instructor..It’s early days so I will get back to you if we fall out ..

Nope

Simple answer

Men and women are the same

Can’t teach them to drive

Recipe for disaster

Only my opinion of coarse

I think in line with having driving lessons too, yes. Don't want to pick up bad habits from an experienced driver.

Back of Nowhere and Beyond

My ex husband tried to teach me to drive.

6 years after I'd passed my test with flying colours and he had barely scraped through on his 3rd go.

Didn't go well for him

Posh

Why not, mostly it depends on the quality of the instructor. The fact that many can't says more about their ability to transfer knowledge than anything else.
