....Chick dippers & beans.

Bit weird but if im on a downer i stick this in the oven, sit in my ford rs500 (dads old car) stick erasure on close my eyes for 15mins then go and eat my tea.

Those are uncomplicated childhood memories, the smell of that car, the music, then walking in my house to that smell is such a mood upturn for me its my little piece of childhood... happyness

So do you have any weird slices of life that upturn your mood for the better?

Portsmouth

Finding a new leaf on any of my houseplants.

Hearing a song I've not heard in ages and being taken back to a memory

When a friend gifts me a "I saw this and thought of you" present (that's my love language, random little gifts)

Cake

Ben & Jerry's

Smirnoff Whipped Cream over ice

Lying in a hot bath, with the light off, surrounded by candles, drinking JD Honey whilst relaxing to the dulcet tones of Slipknot

A nice relaxing blowjob

That's so cute I love it.

I want a potato smiley face now.

A cup of tea or hot chocolate whilst sat in the rain with my hood up and a pair of wellies always perks me up.

I used to make potato smiley face/alphabetti spaghetti creations with messages.

Like "love you hunny bunny", "nice tits" and "fancy a shag later".

All served with rose wine to make it more romantic.

"Aww it's always the simple things isn't it

I always take myself off into the Welsh mountains to where we scattered my Mums ashes and laugh at the Sheep poop that covers where she is. I will sit with my coffee cup and just chat shit to her for ages, soak in the view and have a little cry then I'm good to pick myself up and carry on ready to face life again

North West

I go for a push in the countryside, to clear my head, if I can. There's nothing especially wonderful from my childhood that I want to invoke anymore. All my best memories are at my Grandparents house but they are both now gone and the house is being sold...

Awww that's adorable

Recently it's the process of brewing my coffee every morning, especially the smell of freshly grinding it.

When I was younger, it would be making myself a pizza bagel, with a can of Coke and good TV show
