Let's talk about food shall we... More specifically comfort food. What meal puts your mind body and soul in a happy place.

For me it's either fried chicken fried okra mashed potatoes and gravy or a bone in ribeye steak cooked medium rare with a baked potato butter and sour cream with some green beans cooked with onions and bacon

My comfort foods are cake or chocolate. I have more of a sweet tooth and am an emotional eater, so I celebrate and console myself with these food types. Which is why I must limit how much is brought into our house.
