I was 27, married and had a baby in 2004. Looking back I’d had an easy 27 years, the next 18 were filled with really tough times - 2 more children, postnatal depression, marriage issues, bereavement, eldest child having a disability and facing several major surgeries, dad diagnosed with Parkinson’s, having trauma and battling anxiety daily. Now I’m putting myself first and have gone back to uni doing something I love (although it doesn’t help my anxiety!)

I don't know anything about football. But I was 20 and living a wonderful care free life with a good wage in my back pocket. It was like an endless party.

Wow 2004. I was still married, all my kids were at school at that point and I was living just outside DC. Since then. I separated from hubby, all my kids grew up and two have graduated from university. I moved to Wisconsin, moved back to the UK. Changed jobs several times. My hair went grey. I got old. One cat died and I lost my dad.

I was 16 and had just been suspended for my last few weeks of school

On the plus side Newcastle will probably win the league before Arsenal do again

I was 25.

Since then, I've realised (well, been re-convinced time and again) that Arsene Wenger was a genius who changed Arsenal and football forever for the better. Don't @ me.

You know I’ve watched so many things about him. I love him. A true revolution. I saw him get top four with Phillipe Senderos and Johan Djourou in the back four. He was a genius. And the only thing that he was a victim of was the expectations that couldn’t possibly be sustained post like 2006/7 because of how great he’d been before that.

Also, Mikel is him. Mikel is the man.

For the Top 4, of course. I'm not a complete idiot! But maybe we could "do a Leicester" before 20 more years of mediocrity?

27 going on 28, I had a very small child, single parent, it wasn't easy!

He's nearly 20 and at uni now, so I'm a proud mum

Life has been quite traumatic at times, lost a few people, diagnosed with chronic illness. But still here, so that's something
