I really want to try the clubs. But I would be attending alone. It’s really scary thinking about it. Has anybody is tended alone. Asking all males and females. And was you made to feel welcome and where did you attend am based in black pool

If you can go to a pub on your own, you can do a club.

It's a building, usually with a lounge or bar area and some people elsewhere in the building may be having sex.

Yes. I attended a club on my own 6yrs ago. I knew no one.

It's like a night out nothing more.

Chat to people at the bar, lounge area. Be respectful

Don't expect anything.

Mostly i atend alone first time is always difficult at least in my case , not knowing anyone doesn't help keep my anxiety away but i can assure you whatever event you will atend alone people always will make you feel comfortable and welcome

I attended a club on my own nearly 5 years ago - La Chambre (no longer open)

Just like going into a pub or bar you haven’t been to.

It’s really not scary at all

Go to Club Play. It’s our favourite club and we only look for single men. The staff are brilliant and it has a very welcoming atmosphere.

On my last stint on here OP I attended several club socials organised by a lady who it's seems has moved on from here now , clubs are not my thing but the people there were great she was a nice lady and her circle of friends were also a credit to her .

There's nothing to fear OP trust me the first time I attended a social I was around 30 minute early the club owners were super nice to me very friendly they even made me a coffee .

People are people OP most are friendly enough as long as your friendly and polite to start off with .

I hope my tales has gone some way to easying your fears OP which are really unfounded because they really is nothing to fear about the club scene .

I’ve been plenty of times on my own. There’s nothing to be scared about…it may sound harsh but no one is going to want to hold your hand to a club. Think of it as a liberated pub
