a very plush appartment off junt 7 M5

cheddar Gruyere brie camambert

stilton mozzarella dolcelatte

or and a smoked 1 too

Piled high on my cheese board with grapes and baby tomatoes

and bottles of red wine preferably a nice claret

I have a friend who makes me jars and jars of her amazing pickled onions for Christmas

so............. ANY cheese, pickled onions and crackers spread thick with real butter and thats me sorted........... xxx

I usually put around 6 cheeses on my cheeseboard, Always stilton, brie and a cheddar and then i vary the others, grapes, apple, celery, crackers, pickle and pickled onions

Those with Stilton on their list would do well to try try Lanark Blue. It's a ewe's milk blue veined cheese that's a bit more 'agricultural' in taste and smell than Stilton.

If you're comfortable eating grouse rather than chicken and venison rather than beef, you'll probably like Lanark Blue.
