Yes I should have probably elaborated. I usually feel super self conscious at that gym because I've seen people stare/snigger/talk about me. So seeing someone look impressed made me really happy

That dammm look is always a risk these days. It's solely dependent on how it's received. It either makes a woman's day or is perceived as a misogynistic hate crime. And in some spaces may become an offence if it goes ahead. Showing attraction in such a way as a male really is becoming a mater of good judgment and jist pure luck that its received in a positive way.

Just an observation of the nuances of the current climate not a dig or a case of men claiming the victim.
