Coconut oil is great. But I just live a very healthy and non toxic lifestyle and find I don't need to moisturize hardly ever. Work from the inside out. No smoking no alcohol for a start. Atrocious for the skin.

Nope, I don’t moisturise, never have, never will. Must be a generational thing as I’ve been brought up that blokes don’t make a fuss over their appearance
