better than expected

Often after a meet people often say I was better than expected or not like what they thought I would be like...

I know profiles are one dimensional and don't give a real insight into the person, do other people find their meets are often better than expected too?

On the whole yes, or not so much better but different. Although one guy I was really looking forward to meeting, great pics and veris but wow what a huge let down lol

I think they show what we want them to. Not necessarily the whole picture but enough to get us what we want.

Ive met some who are better than expected and some that are a right let down..

Some have been yes and others have been a let down. Not so much in a sexual way but in their attitude and personality.

Sure that others have probably thought the same about us..

sometimes yes when someone who only has one verification and one picture and they only send short messages.

when they turn up they look better than you expected and you feel comfortable with them.
