Anyone into yoga?

I attend a weekly class and it has done wonders for my core and golf game. Been going a couple of months now and wish I’d found it before.

It's something I'd love to get into. I know it can help with flexibility which I could use for my hips which can hopefully help with my weight exercise routines

It sounds suspiciously too much like exercise to me

I don't understand why more men don't do yoga. It's almost entirely populated by women in lycra.

I’ve been doing yoga for years. I take classes and love all the different styles. Particularly Yin yoga and Flow/Vinyasa

I practice hatha yoga (known as asanas in western culture). I mainly learn for the breathing and control techniques and you do get into some interesting poses.

And surprisingly whilst all the movements are small it’s amazing how it works all different parts of your body

Love my yoga class! We have sometimes 4 or 5 gentleman in our group, ageing between 40-70. Some of them have more flexibility than me

Still waiting for than hot 30 something year old to pop up in Lycra and keep me smiling all class long . . . . ;p

Maybe a 30 something can carry off the Lycra, I prefer something a lot more loose

Yes most mornings I do either yoga, pilates or active stretches.

I got rejected from chair yoga because I'm not over 50

Been doing yoga for many years, I love it.

A lot of us here were up for naked yoga, when I asked about here a couple of months ago

I like Pilates- my teacher reckons yoga might not be so good for me because I'm a little hypermobile...I can over stretch without realising I'm doing it

Yup. Started to now do a pelates class straight after. Both great fun. I'm the only guy in both, it's rather strange
