I had sleep apnea for 36 went to the doctors constantly and told them i only sleep for a hour at night and up 23 hrs a day they laughed thru me out.

At age 36 got admitted to hospital and they found out i had sleep apnea that it was so bad i would stop breathing for upto a minute before my brain kicked.

Finally recovered after being given a machine that i have to have when i sleep which takes over when i stop breathing at night.

Life is to short live it

Clyde here.

In 2012 I was diagnosed with Sarcoidosis. At its worst, I was losing 1lbs in weight every day and was a couple of weeks away from fatal. No known cause or cure, but went into remission after 8 months and after a year back to normal.

I got very sick in India with a gastro bug, only got back to UK by the skin of my teeth. Eventually hospitalised and treated, but felt a close call.

La la land

Good luck with your recovery OP.

Strangely enough 2 years ago to the day I nearly died. Taken a while to recover but nearly there now, more recovering fitness and general health now.
