"I suffer with sever insomnia and have done since being a small child. I've not been too bad recently but the last couple of nights II haven't slept at all. I am the same. Have tried so many different remedies to try and help me over the years but still can't sleep. On a average night I get about 3 hours sleep if that but then get to a point where I crash and my body shuts down for a full day " That's pretty much what happens to me then I have a couple of nights of OK ish sleep then seem to settle into a Pattern for a week or 2 but it doesn't take a lot to put me off sync and it can last months a at a time sometimes. | |||
