Probably best to look up the clubs you fancy and call them.

For some weird reason most of the clubs I've been to have had treacherous stairs.

If you fancy a roadtrip, Quest in Leeds is wheelchair accessible. I know it's not East Anglia but maybe a little weekend jaunt? Most Premier Inns and Holiday Inns have decent accessible rooms at reasonable prices too. Good luck from a fellow wheelie!
