There's been plenty posts in the forum about watersports and what to eat and drink and what not, but has anyone ever experienced ws fun after eating a shedload of beetroot and getting the dreaded purple / pink pee?

I have beetroot shots for 7 days leading up to comps. Don’t make a habit of peeing on people during this time.

Just been outside and found that most of my asparagus has bolted while i wasn't looking out for it but nevertheless I scoffed what was suitable for eating.

Green pee anticipated later.

I have a glass of beetroot juice everyday, good for lowering blood pressure. My pee is certainly darker but not full red.
