They're not competition. Sometimes I might read something someone of any gender writes (relating to work) and think oh come on, I could easily do a better job with that shoddiness. But then I remember I'm bias towards my awesomeness.

I work on my own but even when I didn't, I wasn't competitive. Women were generally supportive of each other.
