So I decided to crack on with some DIY which I,d been putting of and putting off.

Had salvaged some brackets and suitable screws / fixing in nearby streets nearby some weeks I thought would be ideal.

Went to fetch , could I find them ......NO.

So not deterred I carried on with DIY.... untill I needed brackets . Looked again still could,nt find them.

OK, only one thing for it had to forgo the torture of B & Q . A job I,d allocated 2- 3 hrs to complete .. ....as all DIY estimates woefully wrong.

6 hrs later and frustrated and fed up . Completed job. Happy with job as I,m not great at DIY.

Sat down had some tea and biscuits .

Then began to tidy up the mess and tools. In doing so , stumbling across the very brackets ,screws ,and fixings I had cursed about loosing earlier..

Aaaarrrrggghhhhh !!! DiY bloody DIY ..!!
