"I'm pretty sure I wanted to be an archaeologist at one point, or a pilot. Neither happened LvM" I wanted to be an archeologist too. Even considered studying it at university. My reasoning was I love history and jigsaw puzzles But a terrible history teacher at A level put me right off. Oh well. And to think I could have been the next female Indiana Jones

"The obvious answer would have been, I will tell you when I grow up and I'm being serious about that. I honestly don't know what I wanted to do when I was at school. It certainly wasn't the job I do now, it was never something that I even thought about. I love my job and it is something I just kind of fell in to. " A lot of people just fall into their jobs without real planning. I know I certainly did. Glad you found something you love. We spend so much of our lives at work it's important to enjoy it if we can

"..when you grew up? In those good old days before every kid wanted to be a YouTuber. What dreams did you have of a future career? I wanted to be an engineer like my dad. "Before I discovered girls and beer…….a fighter pilot. " My Dad was a Spitfire pilot in 1940 and I have gone through my entire life knowing I could never match his bravery. He even survived a defective parachute and ditching for several hours with a non inflated life jacket. An impossible act to follow.
