..when you grew up?

In those good old days before every kid wanted to be a YouTuber. What dreams did you have of a future career?

I wanted to be an engineer like my dad. I said I hated being inside and could never work in an office. So yeah, have been happily working in warm, dry, comfortable offices for the last 15 years

How about you?

Always wanted to be a rock star! I did play in a few local bands in my youth, but never made it. Although the keyboard player in a friend's band is now the singer in Marillion, and a drummer I once played with is the cousin of Joe Elliott from Def Leppard!

In the west.

The obvious answer would have been, I will tell you when I grow up and I'm being serious about that.

I honestly don't know what I wanted to do when I was at school. It certainly wasn't the job I do now, it was never something that I even thought about. I love my job and it is something I just kind of fell in to.

Always wanted to be a footballer or race a motorbike. Fortunately I played to a decent level, but not enough to not work, so started somewhere 29 years ago until something better came along, I’m still there!!

On the plus side, I still race my bike.

Too many. I still don’t know what I want to do. I tried so many too. I’ve been a clown at one point, no joke.

In school I said a Machanic but when I left I hit art college, then drama school. I finally became a Machanic in my late 20,s

Really young I wanted to be an astronaut, I mean who wouldn’t want to reach for the stars at a young age, now I’m content getting up the stairs.

My Dad was a Spitfire pilot in 1940 and I have gone through my entire life knowing I could never match his bravery. He even survived a defective parachute and ditching for several hours with a non inflated life jacket. An impossible act to follow.
