Soup anyone ..

no matter

I have been living on home made soup this week whilst OH is away. Potato leek parsnip and carrot..with thick off cuts of bacon I have just made the second pan full which will see me through the week.. what is your favourite warming comfort food.

Bwahahahahaha @ cheese soup!!! I've noticed if you put the word cheese in front of other words it immediately makes them funny.

When I occasionally travel back to the 70's and spend time in Sweden (OK so what! I like Abba!) they call it fondue.

Roast tomato and red pepper soup. In fact i shall make some tomorrow.

Might get my soup book out tonight.

There is a spicy courgette soup that my mother gave me the recipe for. Wasnt sure if i would be keen on it but its lovely

My grandmother used to make Sorrel soup, its quite sour but its fantastic, you eat it with mashed boiled egg and rye bread.
