"You’re more than likely going to have to add some sort of resistance training. Such as ? Weight training. Toning up is simply losing fat and gaining muscle." I’d suggest this. Get some small (5-10kg) dumbbells and you’re good to go. I did a 90day program and it was great. Starts with HIIT and progresses to HIIRT where you still do the high intensity interval training but add in the dumbbells for the resistance part. Great 30-45min workout and along with a good meal plan you can achieve what you’re after. | |||
