I can't seem to get a grip on those which I think I'll give a miss for a while.

Can't seem to come up with a conversation in General Chat as everyone seems to be already friends and I hardly know anybody.

It’s probably similar lines to walking into a pub

They’ll be those that are regular in their that know each other

Just join in say hello, you can’t expect too much straight away just keep trying

It’s extremely hard to get going in the chat rooms I find. Some many cross conversations going on and hard to get a word in edgewise.

It can be a place to get started with cams though and to start chatting one on one with people outside of the rooms themselves

I've lost interest in cams to be honest.

Maybe watch what topics others talk about and join in o/p. A sense of humour helps. Some rooms also have a quiz which can be fun!
