Mrs Doubtfire

Patch Adams (I cry every time)

HELP IS ON THE WAY DEAR!!

Absolutely loved him. A huge part of my childhood.

Mrs Doubtfire my favourite. But I pretty much adored all of his movies.

Popeye (a childhood favourite and I visited the set when I was on holiday)

I also loved watching Mork and Mindy. A horrible loss to the world. Gone far too soon.

I liked "1 hour photo" too, as mentioned already.

It's very dark subject matter & showed that he could do serious drama, as well as comedy.

That scene in GWH when he grabs Matt Damon round the throat and also delivers the anecdote about how his late wife used to fart were genuinely brilliant moments from someone whose talent the world is only truly appreciating now he's gone

One of the side stories I love about Williams is when he was doing GWH with Damon. During a break they went to Boston town hall where Amistad was being filmed.

Williams introduced Damon to Spielberg which rumour has it led to Damon getting the lead in Saving Private Ryan

A lot of my humour is based on film quotes, and many are from Mrs Doubtfire.

Robin Williams will always have a very special place in my heart.
