Camberley occasionally doncaster

Just read an article from 2019 where a man went to court over his "husband's right" to sex with his wife.

His wife had dementia and often didn't recognise him.

I can't comprehend how confused and scared she must have been.

And what was the outcome?

That is hideous. What a disgusting piece of shit he is preying on his vulnerable wife.

On an ever so slightly different tangent, I just watch the Jimmy Savile Netflix documentary

I haven't had a look yet, the article said that both identities were being protected.(not disclosed)

I can't believe that it even went to a judge.

abruzzo Italy (and UK)

The concept of Spousal R-word (that isn’t allowable in the forum) in the UK only became law in 1991, before that it wasn’t considered to be an offence. But since then it has to be consensual, so I’m surprised that a case could be brought against someone who medically couldn’t be considered to be able to give consent due to Alzheimer’s.
