snack. What is it? You know those moments you feel peckish. Is it a bit of cheese, a packet of crisps, some fruit or nut, a few biscuits or that bar of chocolate you stashed away? I am a snacker and usually go for some fruit or some crackers and cheese or a snickers bar or two. What about you?

Chocolate wafer biscuits at the moment. They are supermarket own brand but are very similar to a Blue Riband.

Share bags are for amateurs. I'm a whole multipack to myself kind of woman

Anything carb related usually keeps me satisfied for a while.

If I'm on the road... It's whatever I can get in a supermarket meal deal (currently a pecan tart from morrisons [oooh matron])

If I'm at home usually have a block of cheese in the fridge I'll cut a bit off
