I have that constant bunged up feeling, coupled with morning gummy eyes. It’s pretty grim.

Aylesbury

I've not hit that one week where that specific pollen that effects me is abundant yet, but I'm sure it will come soon.

Mine doesn't hit until June.. which reminds me, I need to start taking local honey to desensitise.

"I had it this morning I forgot to take a tablet!"

What tablets do you take? Just general hay fever ones or something specific?

Fresh cum from your local region is supposed to help.

I started with itchy eyes, etc, last week. Supermarket Loratdine one-a-day usually works for me.

No but surely your local Tesco must have some! You just need to ask nicely.

Fexofenadine from your GP is the best antihistamine I've ever used and I tried everything before I got them now one tablet a day and it keeps it at bay.

They’re the Galpharm brand hayfever and allergy cetirizine. Which work just as well for me

Tower Bridge South

I don't think I'm supposed to take both but I do cetirizine and loratadine. One in the morning to get me through the day, and the other before bed to stop me waking up bunged up.
