My all time favourite is Red Leicester cos it's got a nice nutty taste when it's been toasted under the grill. A nice bit of brown sauce tops it off too!

Did you know Pule is the most expensive cheese in the word apparently. Its a Serbian cheese made from donkey milk and will cost you around £500 per pound. I am thinking it might be better to get a donkey and make your own
