I’ve measured mine, I think it would reach the back of a ladies throat. I’m not too sure so I am looking to get a second opinion

I actually did once for someone, and measure it as per the magazine she read. How we laughed.

Please can we use metric as imperial sizes are outdated having said that most men don’t understand ft and inches so perhaps the metric system will baffle them even more
