You can't. iPads/iPhones don't use flash player so the cams won't work

Have you tried using a different Browser than Safari.

I hear 'Puffin' is supped to be quite good for Flash support, or Photon Browser.

Should work with the Nexus, just get the Flash Player from the Play Store.

If I recall, haven't Adobe ceased development of Flash Player and I believe that there is no direct Flash support for Jellybean devices with the advent of HTML 5.

There is a way to do it (called Sideloading) on Jellybean - Google for it if you want some APK based fun!
