"I dont drink shakes at all any more but I have overnight protein oats every day. Whey, oats, chia seeds, inulin powder and either banana or berries. Or both if I'm feeling fancy pants. When I did strongman and was always trying to get bigger I used to make a post workout milkshake with whey, banana, honey and all of the ice cream. Was it healthy? Probably not. Could I have gotten the same results and not been such a fat fuck? Probably could. Was it absolutely delicious? Yes it was" Sounds like I'm about to become a fat fuck, that sounds delicious!
