No! Not that kind you filthy bunch... Well, maybe later

I've just started back in the gym after about eighteen months and so I'm starting up my protein shakes again, I was interested to know if any of you have some tasty protein shake recipes?

I follow this recipe, apart from the ice.

Occasionally, I may switch it up and use berries instead of the banana.

Bham

I fill the shaker cup up with water to where it says on the tub. I then put the scoop of protein in it.

Then I shake it.

Then I drink it.

Always vanilla flavour.

I cook oats just slightly running and then add a scoop of whey after and mix it in. (Slightly runny because the powder thickens it up)

Mash up some weetabix in a plastic tub, and add oat milk. Top with yoghurt with protein powder mixed in, add honey/fruit/choc chips etc and leave in the fridge overnight.

I dont drink shakes at all any more but I have overnight protein oats every day.

Whey, oats, chia seeds, inulin powder and either banana or berries. Or both if I'm feeling fancy pants.

When I did strongman and was always trying to get bigger I used to make a post workout milkshake with whey, banana, honey and all of the ice cream.

Was it healthy? Probably not. Could I have gotten the same results and not been such a fat fuck? Probably could. Was it absolutely delicious? Yes it was

Also if you make your overnight oats really really thick and not runny they set like the base of a cheesecake.

Then you put skyr yogurt on top of it as its super thick. The you sprinkle on your berries. Then a really light dusting of cocoapowder.

And BOOM you have a giant protein cheesecake

It's the best. I just make it in a sealable tub. Split it over two meals at work. 112g of protein overall the way I make it

This is actually what I do too. Sometimes I'll mix it with almond milk and pour it over Weetabix for Breakfast as well
